Unfortunately, loud music can have a large impact on your hearing over time, making it necessary to take proper precautions during your practice sessions and live performances so you do not suffer from hearing loss.
If you are currently in a band, or are working on a solo singing career, and want to start performing, you need to have a demo tape. A demo tape will allow you to showcase your musical talent to any venue you wish to perform at. Musicians used to have to wait for a recording company to sign them before they could make a demo. Nowadays, however, if you want to catch the attention of a record label, you need to already have a demo.
